MM3 Design Agency, LLC / President & CFO
Senior Graphic Designer & Web SpecialistJosefa Delfina Portugal-Saldaña is a proud graduate of Eastern Washington University where she majored in Visual Communication Design, with a minor in Art and graduated cum laude in 2007. Josefa began her professional career as a graphic and web designer for Vicki Monteagudo & Associates in August of 2007. Little did she know that her diligence and creative talent would lay the foundation of MM3 Design, and that two years later, Vicki Monteagudo would open up MM3 Design as its own entity where Josefa would serve as senior graphic designer. Although a creative at heart, Josefa is a computer geek by nature and gets her kicks troubleshooting web and computer issues and learning new technologies. Her passions are web design and anything Photoshop. Her favorite treat is sea-salt chocolate and she loves HDR photography. Josefa is a native Tri-Citian, currently residing in Pasco where she and her husband Ramon are raising their daughter Gabriela, who inherited the mischievous and wildly imaginative traits of her parents.
Graphic Designer & Print SpecialistMichaela Allen, graphic designer, is the newest addition to the MM3 team. Allen graduated from Whitworth University with a BA in art, graphic design emphasis, and a minor in visual communications. She started college as a journalism major and enjoys getting to use those skills by occasionally copy writing and editing, as projects demand. She worked on Whitworth's award-winning yearbook The Natsihi as a staff writer, design editor and editor-in-chief for all four years of her college career, and has thusly been happy to step into the role of overseeing production of MM3's magazine, The Perfect Move. Allen grew up in the Tri-Cities and currently resides in Richland. Her strong suits are typography and page layout, but she also loves creating logos and anything print, from brochures to advertisements. She has a weak spot for anything chocolate raspberry flavored, her favorite color is mustard yellow, and if she had to sum up her personality in a typeface, she would choose Archer (sensible and dignified, yet personable with a bit of flair).
